Managing the Buildout of Global Protection Corp®'s HQ Move to Lynn, MA the Condom Capital of the US

Ryan managed the comprehensive buildout and relocation of Global Protection Corp.’s new 65,000-square-foot headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution facility in Lynn, MA. This complex project involved adaptive reuse architecture—transforming the historic West Lynn Creamery building into a state-of-the-art facility blending industrial heritage with modern office, assembly, and fulfillment spaces.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Partnered closely with Maugel DeStefano Architects, Studio J.Jih, and Connolly Brothers Construction to execute an intentional, high-design corporate environment.

  • Capacity Scaling: Built out the infrastructure necessary to scale operations, ensuring the facility could comfortably handle the manufacturing and shipment of over 250 million sexual health products annually.

  • Creative Direction Integration: Facilitated community and art partnerships, managing the installation of custom office murals and a massive landmark exterior piece by Dutch artist Mr. June in collaboration with Beyond Walls.

  • Operational Efficiency: Streamlined the consolidation of office, manufacturing, and fulfillment spaces under one roof to boost supply chain efficiency for commercial and public sectors.
